Folch Studio was born four years ago in the city of Barcelona, directed and managed by Albert Folch and Omar Sosa. The Studio specializes in editorial design, art direction, publicity and corporative image. Along with Miquel Polidano, Carol Montpart and Isa Merino “Folch Studio” works with national and international clients and projects such as; MUSAC, Generalitat de Catalunya, Furest, Metal, R Cable Galicia, CGAC, MARCO, Trucco, Friday’s Project, Peres Project, Comunidad de Madrid, Beefeater, ICUB, Sala Rekalde, Fanzine137, FAD, Grupassa, ICEX, Origin Communication, Camper, Colegi d’Arquitectes de les Illes Balears, Marset, Florentino, Joan Morey, Montehermoso, TV3/C33 etc… The studios work has been selected and nominated for several LAUS awards from 2005 till the present day and in 2008 the studio received two LAUS awards. Moreover the studios work has been selected for the Daniel Gil awards 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and received an award in 2007. Furthermore the studio received a silver in the Design Week Awards in London 2008. The studio has featured in many national and international publications.Currently the studio is developing a new profile; the photographer Nacho Alegre, Marco Velardi, Omar Sosa and Albert Folch are the editors of Apartamento Magazine. A magazine that covers what interior design magazines have never worried about.
