Eric Morel was born in Paris, France in 1977. After training as a product designer at the ESAD in Reims, France he graduated from the Design Academy in Eindhoven, the Netherlands under the supervision of Droog Design co-founder Gijs Bakker. Following a relocation in Berlin, Germany Eric Morel started his freelance activity to develop his own production and provide a design expertise for various firms worldwide. His consulting activity mainly consists of designing and developing original and creative products for companies in order to support their communication and associate their brands with emerging trends.
